Five thousands years of philosophy; five thousand years of chasing our tail; and you won't know it from reading the pompous titles of philosophy books which are customarily the most voluminit ones.

The reason is simple. We exercise our philosophical thoughts with our Darwinian brain, which evolved to enhance species survivability -- serving no other objective. Our brain is inherently blind to a fair contemplation of reality such as it is.

To practice philosophy we need to first escape out of our Darwinian cage. A recent article in Applied Physics Research, Vol17 No 2 is proposing a strategy to fit our brain for the exercise of philosophy. BitMint is taking this route.
